Office & Corporate · Wallpaper
Wallpaper gives an office character at a fraction of the effort of a full fit-out — a textured cabin, a mural in the breakout area, a corridor that no longer shows every scuff.

In short
Use commercial-grade vinyl wallcoverings in corridors, cabins and meeting rooms, where they resist scuffs and wipe clean, and save murals and bold patterns for one feature wall in reception or the breakout area. Check every wall for damp before papering, especially outer walls in older buildings.
What your office asks of wallpaper
See it in your office
We bring samples to your home, hold them to your light and measure every opening — anywhere in North or South Goa.
The best places for wallpaper in an office are the surfaces people see and touch most: the corridor from the lift, the reception, the wall behind the boardroom screen, the breakout area. Open-plan desk areas are usually better painted, because the walls are broken up by sockets, whiteboards and storage.
A textured vinyl in a cabin makes a small room feel finished. A mural in the breakout space gives staff a break from screens. A heavy commercial vinyl in the corridor saves the cost and disruption of repainting scuffed walls.
Commercial wallcoverings are usually vinyl on a fabric or non-woven backing, sold by weight. Heavier grades resist impact and scrubbing better and suit corridors; lighter ones are fine for cabins. Ask for washability and scrub resistance, and for the supplier's fire-performance information if your building has requirements for wall finishes.
Choose patterns that hold up when cut around doors, switches and glass partitions — a large-scale design can look broken on a wall full of interruptions. Calm textures and tone-on-tone patterns age better than trends, and they support any brand without fighting it.
For murals, think about what the reader sees from the door and from a chair. A landscape of the Western Ghats or an old map of Goa feels local; a giant logo usually feels like an advertisement.
Papering creates less dust and smell than painting and can be done in sections. We can work in the evenings or at weekends so the office keeps running, and fit a single wall or a whole floor.
Walls are prepared first: old paint is checked for flaking, cracks are filled and the surface is primed so the paper can be stripped cleanly at the next refurbishment. Keep a spare roll from the same batch in the office store; a damaged corridor panel can then be patched invisibly instead of re-papering the whole run.
In Goa
Before quoting, we check walls for moisture. Outer walls in older Goan buildings, walls shared with toilets and walls under terraces often carry damp through the monsoon. Papering over them seals the moisture in. Fix the leak, let the wall dry through the dry season, and use a breathable or mould-resistant paste.
Offices switched off at weekends swing between cool and humid. Vinyl handles that well; delicate natural papers such as real grasscloth do not and should be kept to dry, constantly air-conditioned rooms.

FAQ
Yes, on the right walls. Commercial vinyls protect corridors and meeting rooms from scuffs and wipe clean, and a feature wall or mural gives reception and breakout areas character.
Vinyl wallcoverings last well on dry, sound walls. The risk is damp walls — fix seepage and let the wall dry before papering.
