Editorial Standards

Every number on a guide or Journal page comes from a named source, listed at the foot of the page: the India Meteorological Department for climate, Goa government departments and notifications for rules and rates, and standards bodies and public agencies for technical thresholds. Where a figure could change — a tariff, a stamp duty rate, a registration fee — we say when it was published and advise checking the current version.

Anything we could not verify is left out rather than estimated.

Our guides are researched and drafted with the help of digital tools, then checked against the sources they cite and against how the work is actually done in the workshop and on site. Technical conventions — fullness ratios, durability classes, standard sizes — are stated as conventions, not as findings.

No invented projects, clients, reviews or testimonials. No prices presented as quotes — every job is measured and specified on site. No claims about other businesses. Photographs of our own work appear only on project pages; illustrative photographs elsewhere are licensed stock and are never presented as our work.
