From the first visit to the day it hangs — and afterwards. The same people who measure your windows specify them, make them and fit them, so nothing is lost in between.

Start with a measure

01ConsultationWe visit, look at the room in daylight and talk through how you use it. Bring any fabric, paint or furniture you're working around.
02MeasuringEvery window is measured by us, not by you over the phone. We check the recess, the fixing surface and whether the wall will hold the weight.
03Specification & quoteYou get a written quote against a specific fabric, heading and track rather than a price range. Quotes are normally with you within three to four days of the measure, and they itemise what is being made so you can see exactly what changes if you adjust the specification.
04MakingCut, lined and finished to your measurements. Hems are hand-finished and corners weighted so the fall is clean.
05InstallationWe fit the track or pole, hang the work, dress the folds and check the operation with you before leaving.
06AftercareHardware we have supplied and fitted is covered for a year against faults and damage that is not deliberate — brackets working loose, a mechanism binding, a track that needs realigning. We come back and put it right. Fabric wear from ordinary use, and damage caused deliberately or by alteration after we leave, sit outside that.
