Are you boutique hotel interior designers?

We are a soft-furnishing studio, not a full-service design practice. We design, make and fit everything fabric, window, wall-panel and upholstery in a hotel, either directly for the owner or to an interior designer's scheme. Do you supply fire-rated fabrics with documentation?

Yes. Curtains for hotels are supplied in inherently flame-retardant contract fabrics with the IS 15741 test report and the stitched fire-resistant label, and wallcoverings with their flame-spread classification. The final classification is a decision for the fire-safety authorities; we supply the paperwork they ask for.

Can you fit while the hotel is open?

Yes. Everything is pre-made and labelled off site, then fitted in agreed blocks, coordinated with housekeeping so only the rooms being worked on are out of use.
