Office & Corporate in Goa
Most new offices in Goa sit behind a lot of glass. Commercial blocks along the highways and in the town centres are built with wide windows or full glazed fronts, and from about two in the afternoon a west-facing floor turns into a greenhouse. The air conditioning runs flat out, staff tilt their monitors away from the window, and somebody tapes paper over the worst pane. Shading is not decoration in these rooms; it decides whether people can work comfortably after lunch.
An office is also used very differently from a home. The same window is shared by six people with different preferences, the furnishings are touched by visitors all day, and nobody has time to fuss over a curtain that sticks. What goes in has to be easy to operate, easy to clean and plain enough to sit behind any brand — a law practice, a shipping agent, a software team or a builder's sales office.
We plan an office floor by floor: which façade takes the sun and when, where the screens face, which rooms need privacy from the corridor or the street, where clients wait, and which walls carry sound into the next cabin. One site visit, and one written quote covering every window, seat and wall you choose to do.

For most office floors in Goa, use screen-fabric roller blinds on the sunny façades, venetian or zebra blinds where staff want to adjust the light themselves, and blackout rollers only in rooms used for presentations.

Use curtains in an office where softness, sound absorption or full-height coverage matter — cabins, reception, client areas and floor-to-ceiling glass.

Choose a firm, upright sofa with a tight back for reception, two-seaters and compact armchairs for cabins, and a performance or faux-leather fabric that wipes clean.

Put acoustic panels where sound is the problem — open floors, cabins sharing a wall, call areas — and decorative fluted, WPC or wooden-look panels where first impressions matter, like reception and the director's cabin.

Use commercial-grade vinyl wallcoverings in corridors, cabins and meeting rooms, where they resist scuffs and wipe clean, and save murals and bold patterns for one feature wall in reception or the breakout area.

FAQ
Yes. We can measure and fit early, late or on a weekend so a floor keeps working, and we can phase a large office room by room.
Mostly blinds on working floors, where glare control and a tidy façade matter, and curtains in cabins, boardrooms and reception areas where softness and sound absorption help. Many offices use both.
Yes — all of North and South Goa, including the industrial estates at Verna, Kundaim and Cuncolim. Our studio is in Benaulim.
