For hospitality & business
Guest rooms that must be dark at seven in the morning, corridors that take a luggage trolley every few minutes, a lobby that sets the tone and a banquet hall that changes use every evening. Hotel soft furnishing is about performance first.

Hotel in Goa
A hotel room is used by a different person almost every night, and every one of them expects it to look new. Curtains are yanked open and shut, sofas are sat on in wet clothes and sunscreen, walls are knocked by suitcases and room-service trolleys. Over a year a single room sees more wear than a home bedroom does in a decade, and housekeeping cleans it every day.
In Goa the climate adds its own load. Business hotels in Panjim and Margao, airport hotels near Dabolim and Mopa, and beach hotels along the coast all deal with monsoon humidity in the corridors, strong sun on west-facing rooms, and salt in the air within reach of the sea. Air-conditioned rooms beside humid corridors create condensation where the two meet.
We approach hotels as contract work: a site survey of each room type and public area, a specification written for repeatability, fire-retardant fabrics specified where your licence or insurer asks for them, a mock-up room signed off before production, and installation phased floor by floor so rooms leave inventory for as short a time as possible.

For hotel guest rooms, hang a blackout-lined curtain and a sheer on a ceiling-fixed double track with returns, wider than the window and overlapping at the centre.
