A whole-villa scheme specifies everything at once against one palette and one hardware finish, then phases the installation to suit your access and budget. The specification is recorded so that in three years a replacement matches what is already there.
It also lets us solve the property as a system. The stairwell window that needs motorising, the west elevation that needs solar control, the rooms that will be closed for monsoon — those are connected decisions, and they get cheaper and better when made together.
