Two very different uses of wall covering in apartments, both photographed in occupied homes rather than staged.
The details
The first turns a plain balcony wall into weathered timber planking with climbing foliage and small white flowers, sitting alongside the owner's real potted plants. The second is a marble-effect panel behind a television, framed in a recess and lit from behind with a concealed strip.
A blank balcony wall turned into the most looked-at surface on the terrace, and a television wall that reads as a material rather than as a screen on plaster.
